I have one of the worse experience on the net with this joke of a company, on the 4th of this month i place an order for their r6 dvd with my credit card and after 5 days of waiting i sent an email inquiring about my order.
They reply with a message about a check that have not clear,with was not the case, i order this with my credit card, giving them the benefit of the doubt and waited for the " check to clear" and receive another one that my " check " cleared and the dvd will be ship on the 8th, not problem i can wait, well after more than a week (dec 18) i sent a clear email indicating that i want to cancel my order and to keep the dvd.
Funny thing is the next day i receive an email that my package was going to be ship tomorrow the 20th, well not only did they not reply about the cancellation of this order, i have sent 2 more emails requesting my money back and to cancel the order again and again, not reply or message have been sent from this scumbags whatsoever, if that's what they call customer service they got another thing coming, i will get my money back and that's a fact, but this jokers have not bussiness selling anything and wasting people time, beware they think they're very slick but they're not
