Exclamation **** WARNING: ebay seller David Pieser (pieserock69) ****

I recently bought a set of forks, a tank and a Penske shock from a
David Pieser <pieserock@yahoo.com> (ebay ID pieserock69).

I will post pictures of the parts and transcripts of the e-mails, but in summary nothing was as described with this guy (forks bent, triple clamp bent, steering stop broken, rust in tank, additional damage to tank, sending unit in pieces, lower ball joint on Penske seized, different gas cap, etc., etc.).

I used my own UPS account for shipping, which means I can't recoup my shipping costs. I am sending all of his parts back to him (also at my cost), but he is still refusing to issue me a refund.

Please, please, please don't buy from this guy if you value your money or your time.

I knew I recognized the name somewhere.......

this guy is an established member on the Jennings board, and also tried to sell these items on there.

Don't know him personally, so I have no clue as to why he ripped you off.....

Working on it, but it is still a huge PITA. Even if I do get my money back, I'm still out the time and shipping costs.

Mutual feedback stand-off situation right now. I hope it doesn't escalate to that.

If anyone is curious, the transcripts of our conversation (including pictures) can be found here:
