Hey everyone,
well, it was nice while it lasted, but I am heading into a major college next semester and a bike just isnt going to be that practical when I am going to have to devote a lot of my time to studying instead of work.
It is a 2005 Blue R6. THis is my first bike so I was pretty easy on it, it has around 1900 miles, i bought it in late july/early august. Shift light has been on NO MORE than 5 times, i kept it below 10K as much as possible, being my first sport bike... having something pull you that hard is kind of scary.
It is under the 3 year warrenty, good until july/august 2008. I am finacing the bike through yamaha at the 9.9% APR. The total was $8642 for bike, 3 year warrenty and HJC helmet. I am sitting at about $8300 right now.
It was laid down once while I was putting away in my friend's shed as it started raining LUCKILY it was in grass and there was ZERO damage, just a little mud which was a good excuse to give it a nice cleaning. It has been in his shed since i got it, and it has only seen the elements that one time.
I will sell it ASAP but if it doesnt sell here it will be listed on ebay in about february. If I can't get what I owe on it (which I am hopeing, but am doubtful) I will have to take out a small personal loan to pay off yamaha so the buyer can have the title to it.
Please let me know what you think or if you have any advice for me to help sell it.
Thank you.
Brian
