It's time for the 5th annual MotoGP Manager Pool! Play for fun or play for $$

What is the Manager Pool?
The manager pool is very similar to fantasy sports, only better. You will be a team manager of your own MotoGP team. A team has 2 Riders, 1 Team and 1 Motorcycle. You can choose from any motoGP rider. Every Manager receives a fictitious budget of 40,000,000 EUR. With this budget 2 Riders, 1 Team and 1 Motorcycle must be "signed."


To Join
Go to http://www.motogpmanager.com/login.php and log in with the same email address and password as last year. Previous users will not have to pay a fee to play this year. If you are prompted to pay, please contact us.

Once you log in, you'll see a red "My Team" link on the left. Click it. This will bring you to your team page.
On the bottom center of the page, under "Subleague Options," click the red "Join a Subleague" link.

Subleague Name: R6 network (no space)
Subleague Password: roadie01

Like last year, the first race that counts should be the second race (March 30 at Jerez). The first race (March 3 at Losail) should be a freebie for everyone to iron out the wrinkles.


Play for Money and/or Prizes

To play for tickets/money, paypal $20 U.S. dollars to AFC5150@gmail.com. When you do send the paypal to AFC, please include your motogp manager name AND your R6MN screen name.

The Payout
Less than 15 participants:
1st - 2 2009 USGP tickets or cash equivalent ($110 / £56.11 estimated)
2nd - $50
3rd - $25

15 or more participants:
1st - 2 2009 USGP tickets or cash equivalent ($110 / £56.11 estimated)
2nd - $75
3rd - $50

Any residual funds will go toward site maintenance and the Air Fence Fund. We'll compile a list of entries in this first post as we get more entries.

Last year we had our highest number of players; with 18 in the cash league and 26 in our subleague overall. Let's hope for another great turn out this year.
