Check the bobbins that hold the floating discs, and make sure that they are indeed "floating" and not full of brake dust! You should be able to turn them (allowing the disc to float) If they are tight, Give them a good spray with brake cleaner tighten a nut and bolt through the hole in the centre of the bobbin and turn this bolt with a wrench, this in turn will free the bobbin allowing the disc to float and should remove the slight judder!!
