Why missing 15,000rpm?
I had a K2 GSXR750 and that happily went to 15,000rpm and regularly saw 14,000rpm.
I've dropped back to a Triumph D675 after getting knocked off GSXR and seeing the price off the 750s had rocketed. I do miss the torque and power of the 750 which was quite enough - the 675 is shorter geared and just doesn't have quite the turbine like shove right from 2,000-14,500rpm.
