I would start with the battery. Check it with a Volt meter. Should read 12+(V)olts (If it isn't toasted).

Next, visually inspect all of the connectors throughout the entire wiring harness for burns. You might find fried connectors and /or wires. Check the fuse box, R/R and Stator as well. You probably over loaded the system, sending a huge power surge (or 3) throughout the entire wiring harness, toasting something and/or many things.

This is my first tim ever dealing with a bike in General. I never knew jump starting it with an on car was bad. Ive jump started my bike a couple of time with an on car. even after the crash.
