The one thing I can tell you is that jumping the bike off the car while the car is running is bad. Your lucky you didn't start a fire. If you use a car to jump a bike, NEVER turn the car on! too much voltage for the lil bike battery to handle. Did you do it more than once? Was the car(s) running when you received the jump(s) right after the crash as well?

I would start with the battery. Check it with a Volt meter. Should read 12+(V)olts (If it isn't toasted).

Next, visually inspect all of the connectors throughout the entire wiring harness for burns. You might find fried connectors and /or wires. Check the fuse box, R/R and Stator as well. You probably over loaded the system, sending a huge power surge (or 3) throughout the entire wiring harness, toasting something and/or many things.
