If it's similar (not 100% sure) to the 06/07, the well nuts won't 'fall out' when you remove the fasteners (thankfully). You will have to be careful when removing the windscreen though, as you have to wiggle it around a little to get it out and the well nuts have a tendency to come out. I found mine ('07) harder to install the new 'screen in (while keeping the well nuts in) than removing the stock screen.
