Ive posted 2 prior threads, but im ignored

so I've decided to give you a precise insight into my problem.
I own a 1999 Yamaha R6, and its been a headache. I'll cut to the chase though.
My bike was running perfectly since I changed the battery, but it didnt last long. I was riding in the city one day, and took a sharp curve too fast (no signs notified me) So I ran into the curve and flew off my bike (I always wear gear, so nothing happened. My bike didnt really receive any damage, only cosmetic and dirt here and there. Right after the accident I asked someone for a jumpstart and my bike started right up. The battery died again though, So I had to get another Jumpstart, and it rode good again. The bike onl seemed to die at stops. So I decided to change the battery, and it solved te problem.
The next day I was making sure I had no mechanical problems. When I was revving the engine the throttle cable snapped. I left the bike at my mechanic friends house and ordered the part. After a week of waiting it finally came in. My friend replaced it and said it was good to go. When I went to go pick it up, it seemed like i'll work. When I went to start it up, It would only turn over. It ran once, but at full throttle it would only let me get up to 6k rpms, then slowly sputter down to death. So my friend suggested using the choke (I live in S. Florida, and never used the choke before) So when I pulled the choke lever, it disconnected from the carb. I didnt realize it until I saw a great amount of gas fumes were coming out of the exhaust. Eventually I ran out of gas.
My friend said that the choke was left in the "on" position, but since he was busy, he told me to take care of it. I took it home and re-connected the choke and tried starting her up again, but I killed the battery in the process. I then proceeded to jump start it with my cars batery (The car was running) It started a few times, but always died. Unfortunately, one time jumping it, I saw a small amont of smoke come out throught the seat area. After that the bike wouldnt even turn over. All I'll hear is a very low single click from the Starter Realy every time I pressed the start button.
I then joined this forum searching for a solution. After reading countless "How-to's", and others problems, I realized that my R/R connector (white thing) was melted. I proceeded to repair it , th way the how-to explained. Hoping this solved my problem, I tried to start my bike again, yet to no avail. A few days later I found out that I grinded down my Starters carbon brushing. i just got my starter back today and hooked it up again. I was hoping again for this to solve my problems, but nothing. It still wont even turn over.
I fear that maybe while trying to jump start my bike with my car that I fried something. I really dont know if the problem lies in my R/R or my Starter Relay. PLEASE! help me figure this out. It devistates me buying a bike, and not being able to ride it
So far the things that I've replaced on my bike:
-Battery (2 time)
-R/R female connectors
-Starter
I really dont have the money to take my bike to a mechanic or stealership.
At the same time I wish to learn about my bike.
Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!
