We have the same problem bro. I replaced the carbon brushings in my starter today, but it made no effect on my bike (it wont even turn over) I believe it has got to be either: The Starter Relay, or the R/R.
Open your starter up and check the brushings. Remember, its always cheaper to repair something, than to buy a new 1. Hope we both can find the solution to our problems.
