I sent my info over to Officer James Carroll today. I suggest anyone else that was involved also report your problem, so he can take care of the entire case together. Darren sent me a reply to my e-mail saying he has refunded a few people but not myself yet. My Paypal account hasn't had any type of refund from Darren either.

And yeah my steering damper was supposedly shipped out on July 3rd. After another member had already purchased it, and he claimed he had another one to send me. After claiming it is shipped, he is now offering me a refund, as the item is obviously sitting with him at the moment.

His e-mail reply to me called me a "dipshit" and a "stupid shit" and he was complaining that his name on the forum is being ruined. Well when you scam like 10 people and take they're money without keeping your side of the deal, I'm not sure why anyone would be surprised? I didn't use any profanity in my e-mails to him, he took my money and ran with it without sending anything, and HE seems to be pissed at ME. It's like punching a random guy in the face and then complaining that your knuckles hurt, while mr. random guy sits quietly in the corner with a bloody nose...

Is the "I was out of town without internet access, AND withdrew all the Paypal funds, AND didn't ship anything even though I said I shipped everything, AND sold the same items multiple times" supposed to be believable?

Anyways guys, get your info to the RCMP and let them look after the problem locally. Normally I'd never do that and try to settle it online, but this guy has lost any form of trust from me, that I'd rather let the authorities handle it.
