woaH. lucky you... couldve been worse. a lot worse maybe. normally, im not one to sue. in fact i detest the act of suing, especially when people abuse the act for personal gain. but in this case, i think its well in order. not trying to instigate i swear. glad to hear that you and your bike are okay.
a few years ago i actually went out for a bicycle ride after dinner to burn some energy. not long after a friend who was driving by noticed a body, doubled up and convulsing in the middle of the street - it was me. i was unconscious, folded over myself and laying in a pool of my own blood, shaking violently with my shoes 25 feet down the road from me. the friend pulled over, recognized me and brought me pack to consciousness for a few seconds. i woke up again for a minute or two when the paramedics arrived to rush me off to LAC USC med center. unfortunately for me, no witnesses. got my head stapled shut... anyway, im grateful to be alive today without any physical ailments.
