Default 5'9" 190 lbs, looking for a 1 piece suit. need size help

hey guys, i'm having some trouble sizing my next suit. i used to wear a 42 dainese "ROCK" suit a few years ago when i weighed 165 lbs. it was a little loose in the ass, but the jacket fit perfect. now that i'm a little heavier, i'm a little skeptical about my size. the A* website shows that I should be buying a size 40 US for my waist and chest measurement, but I don't think a 40US will fit someone with my weight. what'ya think?
