Some things to add:
oil
oil catch pan
oil filter
grease
rags
more zip-ties
air gauge
air tank or mini air compressor
Of course a lot of this is mostly "optional", but it should ensure you have a complete day if something minor was to go wrong.
As for the key, I always take my extra key with me. One stays on the key ring with my car keys, the other stays in a pocket on my gear bag.
