Yes, when compared to the comfort of stock clipons. The vibration itself, at least to me, isn't really noticeable past 8000RPM. If I'm cruising on the streets though and my RPM's are between 6000-8000, it feels as though my hands are being rattled violently. I'm sure it doesn't help that I haven't had my bike re-jetted ever since I brought it to Vegas from So Cal.
