Default EXUP Servo Motor Wiggin Out at Startup

Dunno if anyone else has ever had this happen to them or not on their 06, searched and didn't find much on this. Just about every time I turn my bike on before starting it, after the fuel pump / fuel injection priming and typical computer boot up noises, the EXUP motor module wigs the hell out and makes crazy noises. I aint too worried about it, as I have unhooked the cabling and left the motor box there so I dont throw a code. It did it once or twice before, but now it's constant since I hit the track at Big Willow a couple weekends ago.

Any ideas if this could cause harm to other areas of my bike? Sounds as if the servo motor is taking a premature dump on me, either that or the computer / program that controls it. Not sure what it's doing when the bike is running, since the bike is loud enough to drown out the noise it's making.

Should I bother gettin this fixed you think? I am worried they will give me shit at the stealership for unhooking the cables, but I dont want to hook them back up before I take it down there to be checked and have that butterfy valve floppin all over the place randomly as I ride there.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...
