This recall also affects any of the previous-style air filter elements the dealer might have in stock for maintenance, as well as any accessory GYTR Performance High Flow Air Filters for the R6 that the dealer may have in inventory. Dealers must not sell any of these filters; the filters should be returned to Yamaha for credit as described in the upcoming bulletin.

As far as determining if your bike is affected, there is no mention as to which serial numbers are affected. You basically have two options:

1.) Call the dealer and find out if yours is affected, or what you can do to get it replaced.
2.) Check it yourself and make sure that the screws are secure, maybe add some thread lock, and wait until you are contacted.
