I have a 99 R6 (red/white) that I may need to sell in order to buy a house. I don't want to sell it:bang but will likely have to if the house deal gets worked out
the bike:
I want about $6800 for it. Just over 30,000km mostly sport touring trips. Devil Shotgun exhaust, trimmed tail section with Intergrator kit, 15/50 gearing with 520 conversion, R1 throttle conversion, flushmounts, polished front forks, polished rims (need to be reshined). Fork tubes and front fender adjusted for 70 profile front tire.
I have almost all the plastic off the bike now (washed it all this fall after storage in my bathtub) but could have it all back on for a viewing.
Never been stunted, one lowside 2 years ago (plastic parts, engine cover and a foot peg all replaced by insurance) The bike is in very good condition.
My selling it depends on the house deal but it looks like it will happen before spring. I will be putting the bike on the market in a couple weeks time.
