Wait 'till that sucker breaks in a little. I had one on my '01 R6 and my friend too had an RS-3 on his '01. My pipe was way louder. It was a lot growlier (is that a word?) and crisp sounding. I would say that after 3000 mi it could compete with a D&D for loudness. I liked it though, and so did everyone who heard it. I went back to being a little quieter on the new bike though. I bought a Yosh TRS Race Slip-On for my '03 636. Here are some pics of the old bike and the new bike.
